| looking up! |
One of my favourite things about summer is being able to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner outside. It makes even the most boring meal feel fun and chichi.
Too lazy to cook? Throw vegetables together, call it a salad, and eat it outside!
Can't bear to touch a hot oven or stove? Throw everything in the fridge onto a blanket in the garden and declare it a picnic dinner!
So that's what I decided to do.

I made a quick pitstop at M&S after work and picked up some ripe cherries, sticky BBQ chicken skewers, smoky crab paté, prawn dim sum, mini lemon curd cheesecakes and bite sized sandwiches and wedged myself onto the next tube home. I bulked up our meal with some leftover rice, a baguette (we are carb friendly in this household), anti pasti, a ton of fruit and orange juice- and threw in some ice cubes for good measure.

I think I would have done the Barefoot Contessa herself, Ina Garten, proud.
"How easy is that?"
I love your flamingo glass. Can you post a link to where I can buy it please?

Hi Rosaliki,
ReplyDeleteThe flamingo glass is from Ikea, about 3 months ago. I'm sure they'll still in stock!
Thanks!
