HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!
I've never been massively into my birthday, maybe because it's often overshadowed by Christmas. I like low key celebrations (apart from my 18th birthday party- even the police showed up to that one) and minimal fuss.
I had a glorious lie in, banana pancakes for breakfast and a gorgeous dinner at Hakkasan. I wish the lychee martinis came in buckets and not an elegant martini glass! Earlier in the day, we put the Christmas tree up and tonight's plans are a DVD (of my choice!), hot drinks and if I'm lucky, a birthday snuggle with Leo. Robin got me the AWESOMEST OF AWESOME gifts- a MacBook Air! I am completely in love with it!
I couldn't have asked for a better way to turn a year older.

Mmmm. Lychee martini! There's a really good Japanese restaurant back in my hometown, where they serve this AMAZING lychee mojito. Delicious.
